Q. I received error "Products marked with *** are not available in the desired quantity or not in stock!" in my shopping cart. What to do?
A. The product is currently out of stock. Kindly remove the item in your cart by clicking the "Remove" icon.
Q. How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
A. Use the remove icon under the "product title" to remove a product.
Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. After you have successfully placed your order, we will conduct a verification process and update you through email with following the remarks.
Approved: Payment verified.
Processing: Your order is on the processing stage from our warehouse and being forwarded to our shipping partners for scheduled pickup.
Delivered: Your order is en-route for delivery to your provided shipping address.
Void: Order is cancelled, the payment is not settled within given alloted time.
