Q. How do I create an account to order the books online?
A. Click the SIGN UP at the upper section of www.preciousshop.com.ph. After you have successfully registered a new account, an email verification will be sent to you. Click the link to activate your account.
Q. Can I update my account information?
A. Log in your account on our website. At the bottom of the page, under “My Account” section, click the “Account information.” After you have made the changes, kindly click the “Save changes” button.
Q. Is there a way to view my order history?
A. Log in your account on our website. At the bottom of the page, under “My Account” section click the “Account Dashboard” or “My Orders.” Under “Account Dashboard” page you can view your: Total Orders, Total Spent Money, Reviews, Used Payment Method and Last Login History. Under “My Order” page you can view: Transaction Numbers, Date, Status and Amount.

A. Coupon codes are codes that can be used for discounts on our website. It can be acquired during any promotional event on our website.
Q. I received the error “Products marked with *** are not available in the desired quantity or not in stock!” in my shopping cart. What do I do?
A. The product is currently out of stock. Kindly remove the item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” icon.
Q. How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
A. Use the “Remove” icon under the “Product Title” to remove a product.
Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. After you have successfully placed your order, we will conduct a verification process and update you through e-mail with following the remarks:
Approved: Payment verified.
Processing: Your order is on the processing stage from our warehouse and being forwarded to our shipping partners for scheduled pickup.
Delivered: Your order is en-route for delivery to your provided shipping address.
Void: Order is cancelled, the payment is not settled within given aloted time.
